Our Mission
At Essence Town bakery, our mission is to provide our customers an environmental sustainability assured cake this New Year free from plam with no environmental impact associated with the production and consumption of industrial produced cakes.
Our Products
A traditional fruit cake made using organic butter, sugar, organic raisins, organic sultanas, vostizza currants and glace cherries. Plenty of organic cinnamon and nutmeg. Fresh orange flavour is also added. Organic eggs. The cake is then soaked in brandy. Topped with marzipan and fondant icing. Hand decorated with an edible gold leaf star.
Our Team
I graduated from Swansea Art college and studied BA Hons Mixed Media Art at the University of Westminster. I then transfered these skills to creating cakes and gained a 2:1 Hons degree in Bakery Technology management from the National Bakery School part of London South Bank University. I have formulated and developed this recipe to bring you an exceptional organic New Year cake perfect for your centerpiece this New Year.
